Exchanges

We would be happy to exchange your binder: it's important to us that you have the proper fit.

Please do not wear it anymore, so we can receive it clean and with little damage; we will inspect it when it gets here and email you if there are any issues (damage, return unacceptable), or to inform you it has passed our inspection.

Please send your current binder back to us within a week of delivery. Once we receive and approve the return, we will send you a store credit code worth the original price of the binder you purchased. You will be able to use this code to select your exchange on our website through the store =) You will only have to pay the shipping fee. This method allows us to process exchanges quickly so we can get your binder back out to you as soon as possible!

Shipping Suggestions

Send us your binder using First Class services from the USPS to get the best price. We suggest taking the package to a post office to return it if you are unfamiliar with shipping. Before going to the post office, you will want to buy a small plastic envelope (from CVS, Staples, Target, etc.). If you purchase the envelope at the post office, they will charge you more for shipping because they usually only offer Flat Rate Priority envelopes. If you bring your own, you will be able to ship First Class for under $3 (for one binder). It is always a good idea to request a tracking number to have to reference. If for some reason we have not received your return package, you can send us the tracking number as proof and insurance that you did indeed ship us =)

Important!

Please include the original packing slip with your return shipment so we know your information to avoid confusion. If you do not have a packing slip or have lost it, please include a note with the full name and email address that you originally ordered. We must be able to look up your order so if you have your order number that would be great! Please type and print out your note if you know you have bad handwriting =P

How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal, credit, debit, and pre-paid debit cards (you will have to register your pre-paid card with the card provider's website). We also accept PayPal e-checks, but keep in mind that e-checks can take anywhere from 5 - 10 extra days of processing time. We do not accept cash, check, money, or mail orders. Our transactions will list on your account/card as 'GC2LIK.'

Can I track my order?

Domestic (USA)

Yes! After your order has been shipped, it will be assigned a tracking number from the USPS. After you place your order you will have receive an email confirmation; you will receive a similar email with tracking info once your order has been shipped. Please be patient with us, we will definitely get your order out asap and you will receive an email confirmation once we have done so  =)

International

Priority Mail ( available on orders of 2 + binders, takes 4 - 16 Business Days )

Standard International shipping (available on all orders, takes anywhere from 2 - 5 weeks) 

All international orders usually leave the USA within 3 business days after shipping confirmation. Much of the time added to your parcel's transit is dependent on your country's postal and customs service.  Your tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Is our packaging discrete?

Yes! We ship in plain white or gray envelopes. There is no branding or mention of gc2b until your open it =)

Where is my order?

We usually get orders out within 3 business days (Mon - Fri) after your order has been placed. As a young company we do experience spurts of growth which may result in slightly slower shipping turn around times due to large influx of orders. Our goal at gc2b is not only provide the best binders available, but to also get them to you as fast as possible.  After you placed your order, you should have received an email confirmation; you will receive a similar email with tracking info once your order has been shipped. Please be patient with us, we will definitely get your order out asap and you will receive an email once it had been shipped =)
